We are seeking a Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team and deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.

  • You will use your clinical expertise and skills to support clients' journeys as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimising the impact of injuries, illness, and disability will be key to your success, as you deliver prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
  • Vocational and psychological assessments to determine vocational needs, psychological capabilities, and overall functioning to inform and support return-to-work facilitation.

Requirements
  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC.
