Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to deliver injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
  • Conduct vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.
