Job Title: Psychological Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychological Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community. You will use your clinical expertise and skills to support your clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services.

In this role, you will minimize the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services. You will provide brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
