Job Opportunity

The Marketing Advisor role plays a pivotal part in our national team, focusing on strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance marketing efforts through creative collateral and campaigns.

As the key liaison person for the marketing department, you will collaborate closely with both frontline and corporate services, driving the execution of national and organisation-wide campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager and National Marketing and Communications Manager to implement the Wellways marketing strategy
  • Develop briefs and work alongside internal design and communications teams to ensure efficient development and delivery of campaigns, collateral, and assets
  • Evaluate content production planning, including offline (brochures) and online (video, social media, blogs/stories) content and assets
  • Manage key fundraising campaigns, coordinating fundraising platforms and required administrative tasks

Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing / Communications / Media or Journalism
  • Relevant work experience managing a small to medium-sized marketing portfolio
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor (Adobe Suite desirable but not required)
  • National Police Check, Working with Children Check, Evidence of right to work within Australia
  • NDIS Workers Screening check and NDIS Orientation Module
