- As part of the larger merged Sigma Healthcare/CW Retail business, Market Reach is able to offer unmatched marketing and distribution capabilities. This unique position enables us to provide fully customised, end-to-end sampling solutions to our customers in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and FMCG space. From tailored strategies to compliance-focused execution, Market Reach is the trusted partner that delivers impactful results for our clients.
- Market Reach is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our reach and strengthening relationships within the healthcare sector for the provision of product trial solutions.
- In this role, you'll be applying your skills in researching and identifying new marketing opportunities, as well as designing and implementing innovative sales strategies to broaden our operations across a wider healthcare audience, ensuring our the continued growth.
- If successful in this role our expectation is that you will introduce new services tailored to meet the evolving needs of our clients, by ensuring they receive the best sampling solutions available.
- You will also be responsible for forging close working relationships with our broader internal stakeholders including the Marketing, Buying and Brand Management portfolio teams.

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales solution selling in a Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical/Healthcare environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in solution sales.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement with a strong focus on customer service.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and cost management.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high level data analysis, reporting and documentation
- Proven track record superb organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; coupled with a professional approach.
- Good general IT and computer skills with sound working knowledge of MS suite
