Strategic Business Partner

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and executive leadership of a purpose-driven community health organisation making a tangible difference in the community.

You will operate at the heart of strategic decision-making, influence key initiatives, and shape the future direction of the organisation.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing expert advice, insights, and analysis to inform critical decisions.
  • Prepare high-quality briefing materials, board papers, and reports aligned with governance and strategy.
  • Oversee cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and risks managed.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, Executive Leadership, and Board to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with funders, partners, and sector stakeholders.
  • Optimise workflows and priorities in partnership with the CEO's office to enhance organisational efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in senior strategic advisory, policy, or executive leadership roles (healthcare or community sector highly regarded).
  • Exceptional judgment, political acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing board papers, briefings, and high-level reports.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, track strategic initiatives, and deliver results.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to foster trust and credibility across executive teams and external stakeholders.
