Key Leadership Role

This is a pivotal position that focuses on enhancing student learning outcomes through effective teaching and leadership.

We are seeking an experienced teacher leader who can model excellent teaching practices, lead curriculum planning and delivery, and provide professional development opportunities for staff.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives related to the school's goals and priorities.
  • Lead and manage the implementation of strategic plans related to curriculum planning and delivery.
  • Provide professional development and develop individual and team development plans for teaching staff within the priorities of the school.

This role requires a high level of expertise in teaching and leadership, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful applicant will be highly skilled in managing and leading teams, coaching and mentoring teachers, and promoting a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.

Selection Criteria
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage the implementation of school priorities, and the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the planning and implementation of high-impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to support teachers to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth.
