Drive Growth and Innovation as a Business Development Manager

  • Identify and develop new opportunities for flotation equipment and solutions in the mineral processing market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including mining companies and service providers.
  • Develop and execute market development strategies to drive growth and expansion in Australia and South East Asia.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet customer needs.
  • Lead proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and regional strategy.

This role requires a deep understanding of the mineral processing market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships and drive commercial growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mining, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within mineral processing.
  • Strong technical understanding of flotation circuits, equipment, and processing challenges.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
