Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers' nutritional needs are met.
  • Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
  • Offer personal care, including assistance with mobility, therapy goals, and medication management.
  • Provide respite and emotional support, helping our customers feel valued and cared for.
  • Transport customers to appointments, ensuring they receive the care they need.
  • Deliver complex care for customers with high care needs, including those with dementia.

What We're Looking For:
  • Some experience as a care or support worker, including experience with personal care (no certifications required).
  • A genuine passion for assisting our aged community, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed, even in challenging situations.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday (no night or weekend work).
  • Comfort with working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help.
