Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join our team of dedicated carers, providing high-quality personalized care to our valued clients in their own homes for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide domestic assistance and housekeeping services, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assist with social activities, transportation, and personal care, including showering, grooming, and toileting (for those with a Certificate III or above)
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and carers
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery

Requirements

  • Australian driver's license and a reliable insured motor vehicle
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable personality
