About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to clients' needs, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, including domestic duties, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Provide feedback to our Team Leaders on client interactions and services provided.
  • Assist with social support and personal care tasks, as needed, with experience and qualifications.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Current police check.
  • Covid vaccination booster.
  • Driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Working rights.
  • Qualifications, if applicable.
What We Offer
  • Casual ($37.14 p/h) and part-time ($29.71 p/h) positions available.
  • Immediate start with flexible casual hours or part-time hours discussion.
  • Not-for-profit salary packaging (up to $15,900 per annum, plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment).
