  • Provide social support and transport to appointments, ensuring our customers can access essential services and healthcare.
  • Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, including dementia and other complex conditions.

Requirements
  • You must be passionate about assisting our elderly community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle.
  • You must be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help.
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
