Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policy, employment law, and award interpretation.

The Senior HR Advisor will play a key role in delivering high-level HR advice and driving organisational change across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on HR policy, employment law, and award interpretation.
  • Lead and support major change management initiatives.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend outcomes.
  • Support and coach leaders on performance management and improvement plans.
  • Guide and mentor junior HR team members.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
  • Occasional travel to regional sites.
Requirements
  • HR Diploma or Degree (essential).
  • Proven experience supporting a large blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards.
  • Confident in handling IR/ER issues and workplace investigations.
  • Proficient with HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of integrity and discretion.
  • Valid WA driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights.
