About this role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team as a Senior People Leader.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all people matters, including employee relations, performance management, remuneration, engagement, inclusion and diversity, talent management, wellbeing and turnover. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating any risks associated with these areas.
You will work closely with senior leaders to support organisational change and transformation, providing expert advice and embedding people-first solutions. This will involve building and maintaining strategic working relationships within client groups and key stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs and priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on all people matters, including employee relations, performance management, remuneration, engagement, inclusion and diversity, talent management, wellbeing and turnover.
- Identifying and mitigating any risks associated with these areas.
- Supporting organisational change and transformation by providing expert advice and embedding people-first solutions.
- Building and maintaining strategic working relationships within client groups and key stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs and priorities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment.
- A deep understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment law, and change management.
