Job Title: Senior Technology HR Systems Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled professional to join our Enterprise Applications team as a Senior Technology HR Systems Advisor. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between HR, Technology, and vendors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to drive business outcomes across the enterprise. They will also be part of a high-performing team that values collaboration and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in HR Technology/HRIS roles, with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors. They should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to get things done and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across HR systems and integrations.
  • Drive best practices, digital innovation, and system efficiency to shape real business outcomes.
  • Support strategic HR projects, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across platforms and teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in HR Technology/HRIS roles.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, learning, and payroll.
  • Track record of successfully managing large-scale HR tech implementations, ideally in complex or global environments.
  • Love for improving processes, translating technical complexity into business-friendly language, and getting things done.
  • Strong vendor engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
