About the Role

This is an opportunity to partner with leaders, coach for impact, and embed progressive people practices. Based in our vibrant Leederville head office, you'll collaborate closely with leaders across multiple portfolios, helping shape our performance culture and lift leadership capability across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree-qualified background in HR, Business, or a related field. You will also require proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, particularly within change-focused environments.

A resilient, agile mindset and a passion for people-first HR practices are essential. Strong capability to work across both strategic and operational HR, natural coaching skills, and the ability to build deep trust with stakeholders are also required.
