Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

About the Role:

The position is based within a high-volume customer service centre, where the team manages numerous enquiries through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Manage internal and external enquiries in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • TAFE/Business College Certificate in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer service call centre experience
  • Touch typing data entry skills
  • Demonstrated administration proficiency using MS Office applications
  • Experience in cashiering and end of day reconciliations
  • Ability to interpret maps and plans
  • History of managing customer complaints effectively
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) and right to live and work in Australia
