Fitness Cartel Health Clubs Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Club General Manager to join our team at Fitness Cartel Health Clubs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance and operations of one of our clubs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall budgets and financials, including member movement, EBIDTA, and retention strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality facilities are maintained.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff members.
- Deliver training and mentoring for Club Department Heads, running weekly meetings to engage and motivate teams.
- Oversee staff rostering, approving leave, and managing fortnightly payroll.
- Manage internal and external marketing in line with the club's social media strategy.
- Proven experience managing a large-scale gym with over 20 staff and 2,000 members.
- Substantial experience in a KPI-driven management environment.
- Effective use of internal software systems like Clubware, Debit Success, and Gym Sales.
