The Opportunity

Fitness Sales and Retention Specialists at our West End club drive membership growth by interacting with prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey, and helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.

The role is highly varied and has two primary objectives – achieving sales targets through proactive activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to club sales revenue using targeted sales promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Achieve a required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create exceptional member experiences through positive and personalised interactions
  • Deliver successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Pursue member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Maintain regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and recommend club-based products
About You:
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Able to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and help individuals succeed in their goals
  • Able to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Demonstrated tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
What We Can Offer:
  • An estimated OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus superannuation benefits
