We are seeking a seasoned industry professional to spearhead growth across Queensland's industrial sectors. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in business development and a strong understanding of the industrial landscape.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and converting strategic opportunities through our partner ecosystem, including EcoXperts, system integrators, OEMs, and electrical contractors.
About the TeamYou will join a collaborative team of business developers, technical specialists, and partner managers focused on indirect growth.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business development initiatives across Queensland's industrial segments via Schneider Electric's partner network.
- Qualify opportunities aligned to strategic growth areas.
- Bauit and maintain strong relationships with end-users, consultants, and system integrators.
- Support partners with solution positioning, technical enablement, and opportunity conversion.
- Lead strategic account planning and influence specification through early engagement.
- Trade-qualified background with experience in electro-intensive industries.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within industrial automation, energy, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial customer needs and solution selling through indirect channels.
- Excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.
