National Business Manager- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
This role will see you lead and inspire a small team of Business Development Managers, whilst driving the profitable sales growth of professional brands amongst established and new clients, including state based national groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Proactively assess sales performance and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
You will be responsible for promoting products and services at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. You will also administer and maintain the CRM system, analyse and collate relevant data to drive effective territory management.
