About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Coordinator to support our branch locally and the wider business nationally. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and support functions, including coordinating meetings, managing events, and building a culture that aligns with our business vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and attend branch meetings, ensuring all company policies and procedures are communicated clearly.
  • Manage event logistics, including trade shows, branch events, and training sessions.
  • Build a culture within the branch that reflects our business vision and values.
  • Consult with the facilities team for building maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate safety inspections to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Perform general administration tasks, such as ordering stationery and supplies.
  • Coordinate and prepare New Starter Induction for all new employees.
  • Supply systems training to all New Starters and ongoing to existing employees.
Requirements
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience or exposure using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and resourcefully.
  • Proactive attitude with confidence to take on a variety of tasks.
