About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Contract Professional to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. They will also support the contract management process by reviewing contractual terms and conditions and identifying potential legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Supporting the contract management process by reviewing contractual terms and conditions and identifying potential legal risks
  • Performing contract administration functions such as editing contract records, overseeing approval workflows, and producing reports
  • Maintaining the contracts register, contract disclosure, and contract records

About You

You will be a highly motivated individual with excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will have a Bachelor of Laws or a related degree in fields such as commerce and contracts management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Laws or a related degree in fields such as commerce and contracts management
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, Victorian procurement rules and policies, and compliance regulations

The salary for this position is $107,071 per annum, plus superannuation. The location of the role is Dandenong, Melbourne, Australia.
