Site Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Site Operations Coordinator. This role will involve supporting a regional project in oil and gas, maintaining registers, managing inventory, and providing administrative services.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a similar site-based administration role, preferably within the construction industry. They will also possess advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining records and running onsite plant billing returns
- Reconciling and managing the issuing of site inventory
- Utilizing Oracle JDE for asset management
- Procuring and managing accounts (internal and external)
- Liaising with suppliers and processing accounts
- Entering and tracking labor/payroll data
- Providing reports of gathered data to the onsite plant team and business plant team
- Awareness of HSE hazards and associated risks, demonstrating a commitment to eliminating or minimizing those risks
- Delivering accurate, timely, and responsive administrative services
- Supporting the project team in monthly reporting requirements
- Ensuring compliance with policies, objectives, and statutory requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar site-based administration role
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize workloads in an environment of constant change
- Proven ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced project environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
