Job Title: Automotive Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Automotive Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional support services to our customers.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of vehicle sales, including raising invoices, taxing vehicles, and updating manufacturer systems.
  • Your duties will also include processing all documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring that every aspect of the sales process is completed.
  • You will support the progress of fleet sales, chasing up any delays to ensure prompt delivery of vehicles and keeping relevant team members informed.
  • In addition, you will assist with the department's housekeeping and audit processes, ensuring that customer information and details are up to date and used correctly.
  • You will work closely with the accounts and management teams to prepare sales reports, ensuring that accurate costs are allocated to the correct vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in administration and/or sales administration is essential. Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A customer-focused attitude, always striving to deliver service above expectations.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are required.
  • You must have strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

You will receive comprehensive in-house training, supplemented by external courses such as AFRL accreditation. Our Manufacturer brand partners also provide training opportunities for this role.
