**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Anglers Tavern. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our venue operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve venue operations, including inventory management, stock control, and staff training
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to drive business results

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a gaming venue
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
