About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as an Executive Team Member.
  • As an Executive Team Member, you will be responsible for leading and developing a large, multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including open/close procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • You will be expected to bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests.
  • You will be responsible for developing and growing the business through your own initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a large, multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including open/close procedures, back-of-house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests.
  • Develop and grow the business through your own initiatives.
  • Operate within a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong operational experience, including managing budgets, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Current industry RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence.
