Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or retail industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong operational experience, including managing budgets, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
- Current industry RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence.
