Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Leader to join our Management team in one of our Melbourne stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a team of Senior Beauty Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate Sephora's DNA by delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
- Drive Sales Growth: Exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous Retail Management Experience: Proven track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Ability to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- Leadership Skills: Hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
- Client Service Focus: Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand.
- Culture and Values: Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed.
