Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily tour operations in Sydney and surrounding areas\
  • Communicate and schedule with local guides, drivers, and transport partners\
  • Support on-site operations when necessary (pick-up, drop-off, guiding assistance)\
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and service quality throughout tours\
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to headquarters\
  • Handle unexpected issues and proactively resolve operational challenges\

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean & English or Chinese & English (spoken and written)\
  • Valid Class C Driver's Licence (ability to drive 7-12 seater vans)\
  • Licence to work in Australia (citizen, PR, or valid work visa)\
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\
  • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service preferred\
