Your New Role

As an Experience Guide, you will lead engaging and informative tours of the Sydney Opera House, catering to diverse groups of visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including marketing teams and commercial partners, to promote the Sydney Opera House's products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of security and occupational health and safety while conducting tours.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Delivering exceptional front-line customer service and building strong relationships with visitors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills, with a creative approach to engaging audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage challenging situations effectively, making quick decisions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills, adapting to different personal styles, motivations, and abilities to achieve shared goals.
