Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Touring Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic opportunity involves planning, advancing, and managing multi-date headline tours. The ideal candidate will provide essential admin, production, and marketing support for live performances and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tour logistics, including travel arrangements, freight, and equipment setup.
  • Liaise with Agents, Venues, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate tour schedules and information.
  • Draft tour budgets based on ticket deals and venue agreements.
  • Manage tour finances, including reconciliation and grant applications.
  • Support the Head of Touring with diary management, scheduling meetings, and booking travel.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in music business, preferably with focus on touring and event production.
  • Strong administrative skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic financial budgeting experience and reporting.
