Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological.
Key Responsibilities- Case management and coordination of rehabilitation services
- Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Collaboration with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Assessment and review of diagnosis, support treatment plans, and address psychosocial barriers to employment
- Identification of suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries sustained from motor vehicle accidents
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work or Physiotherapy
- Registration with relevant governing body
- Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded
- Fabulous communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Compassion, kindness, and empathy
- Well-developed time management skills and ability to work independently
- Current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
