Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist support to individuals returning to employment, utilising expertise to facilitate successful outcomes.
  • Make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by psychological injuries or personal challenges, driving meaningful change and growth.
  • Co-ordinate clients' journey through insurance schemes, employment services and disability employment initiatives, ensuring effective progression towards return-to-work goals.
  • Implement prevention, rehabilitation and training strategies to minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability.
  • Manage client cases effectively, planning, coordinating and monitoring progress towards return-to-work objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaborative partnerships that drive success.

Requirements:

  • Be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
