Employment Training Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Employment Training Specialist to join our team. As an Employment Training Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to support the growth and development of our staff.

You will be responsible for evaluating performance, identifying skills gaps, and creating targeted training initiatives to address these gaps. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with leaders and staff to drive positive outcomes.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Adelaide. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work options, to support a healthy work-life balance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in project management and training. A Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) is essential, as well as the ability to work towards a Certificate 4 in Employment Services. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills are also required.

You will be an excellent communicator and team-player with great time management skills. A full driver's license is also necessary for this role.
