We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Veterans' Employment Pathway Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of veterans and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

As a Veterans' Employment Pathway Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the Department of Veterans Affairs' commitment to employing veterans in the federal public sector. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that support the employment of veterans and provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their careers.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or higher in Business/Government or equivalent, and be passionate about helping veterans transition into civilian life. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employment strategies for veterans;
  • Provide support and resources to help veterans succeed in their careers;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for veterans;
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities to promote the employment of veterans.
