SYC delivers employment services at multiple locations throughout Australia. In this role, you'll be part of a supportive team who are dedicated to our vision of well-being, independence, and opportunity for everyone.
About the Role
- Build positive relationships with employers and participants
- Actively promote and market participants to potential employers, creating employment opportunities
- Achieve sustainable employment outcomes by providing support to develop skills and abilities
- Refer participants through training, counselling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes
About You
- Excellent communication skills with well-developed verbal and written skills
- Self-motivation and initiative, with well-developed organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and attend to multiple tasks and priorities
- Interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to identify innovative solutions
