Employment Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide vital support to individuals in the workplace, empowering them to achieve long-term employment.

  • Key responsibilities include meeting weekly with customers and providing ongoing support to ensure their continued success in the workforce.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to identify and implement personalized strategies to assist customers in maintaining employment.
  • Liaising with various organizations, including Centrelink and healthcare providers, will be essential to addressing areas where additional support is required.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking associated administrative tasks and record keeping within our systems.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with employers will be crucial as a representative of our organization.

We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric individual with previous experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have current working knowledge of relevant software and effective intervention strategies to ensure sustainable employment.

Our team fosters innovative thinking and a proactive approach to tackling the challenges of this role. Due to the nature of our customers' employment support needs, flexibility outside of business hours may be required on occasion.
