Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, processing payments from customers, and managing debt collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating and sending invoices to clients;
  • Processing payments from customers in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions;
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve any payment-related issues;
  • Occasionally assisting with reception duties to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • A professional attitude and strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
  • Pleasant telephone manner and high levels of customer care;
  • Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
  • An ability to negotiate and solve problems effectively.
