We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for generating invoices, receipting payments from customers and debt collection.

You will also be required to liaise with internal and external customers, as well as occasionally assisting with reception duties.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • A professional and proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail in dealing with high volume data.
  • An ability to work with high degrees of numeracy and the ability to negotiate and solve problems and meet strict deadlines.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and will demonstrate high levels of customer care.
  • The ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated highly effective communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Excel.
