About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at ARN Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating advertising sales revenue through the presentation of advertising strategies for local businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating advertising sales revenue through the presentation of advertising strategies for local businesses.
  • Achieving set monthly sales targets.
  • Representing the radio brand to current advertisers.
  • Successfully prospecting and securing additional advertisers to the radio brand.
  • Working well in a team with the ability to work autonomously when required.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a sales environment with a proven track record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong team player with high motivation and proactivity.
  • Strong personal motivation and discipline capabilities.
  • A creative mindset with big picture thinking.
