Job Title: People Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

As a leading professional services firm, we design and deliver customized learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, new behaviors, and performance.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions, as well as experience in learning design and facilitation.

The successful candidate will also have excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects that deliver results, working with stakeholders and delivering under tight timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Client Focus: Proven ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions.
  • A Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Collaboration: Work across regional units and practices to ensure collaboration.
  • Sales Exposure: Comfort with and desire to sell. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired.
  • Capabilities: Experience and exposure in learning design and facilitation.
