Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic and growing organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support, guidance and expertise to our business leaders.

  • Collaborate closely with leaders across the business, offering consultative advice, coaching and mentorship on all aspects of people leadership, employee relations and organisational culture.
  • Promote open communication channels and cross department collaboration
  • Drive the implementation and promotion of people-centric programs, policies and initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing and the overall employee experience.
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to employees and leaders on a broad range of HR and people matters, from performance management to workplace concerns
  • Support leaders during the performance and development review process. Help identify high-potential talent within existing teams and contribute to future-focused succession and development strategies
  • Prepare and analyse workforce reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations that support data-driven people decisions as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in HR Generalist / Advisory role
  • Previous experience in Blue Collar or Logistics Industries
  • Strong business partnering skills with leaders
  • Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies
  • Ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively with leaders
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the business
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills
  • Approach tasks with agility, initiative and passion
  • Be approachable and have a positive fun can-do and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
