Strategic People Partner Role

This 12-month parental leave contract position plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with people strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals while promoting employee value proposition and other key frameworks.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience, productivity, and engagement through effective people initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and influence business decisions by bringing HR expertise and insights to the table.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or relevant equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a strategic People and Culture/Human Resources role with experience in project development and management.
  • Proven experience in organisational effectiveness, talent management, and change management.

The successful candidate will be a talented P&C Business Partner who can create a brighter future for children's health.
