Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the entire recruitment process, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and employment document preparation
- Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists in attracting and securing top talent
- Ensure accurate HRIS data and spreadsheet management
- Prepare regular people reports for leadership teams
- Contribute to employee engagement and reward programs
- Draft engaging articles for internal communications
- Provide administrative support for employment relations matters
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in HR or People and Culture administration or coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ideally HRIS systems
- A collaborative and solutions-focused approach to challenges
