Job Summary

The People Development Specialist supports Executive Leaders on all people-related matters for their assigned client groups.

About the Role

  • Coach and advise executives and senior leaders on strategic personnel matters, including workplace relations, injury management, workforce planning, remuneration, performance, organisational development, and learning.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform evidence-based business cases to discuss with executives and senior leaders ensuring the supporting of the P&C Roadmap.
  • Support strategic workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time to support the delivery of major health infrastructure projects.

This role involves building trusted relationships, providing expert advice, and guiding people initiatives and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Advice: Provide counsel to executives and senior leaders on people-related matters, including workplace relations, injury management, workforce planning, remuneration, performance, organisational development, and learning.
