Strategic Employee Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Senior People Partner to join our team in delivering exceptional people services.
This role will involve managing an assigned client group, providing expert advice and guidance on complex people matters, and building trustful relationships with executive leadership and the People & Capability division.
Key responsibilities include implementing strategies to drive change and transformation within the organisation, leveraging Centres of Excellence to deliver high-quality P&C services, and developing and reviewing policies, procedures, and resources to promote a positive employee experience.
- Develop and implement people initiatives that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, change management, organisational development, and HR strategy.
- Leverage data-driven insights to drive quality HR outcomes.
- Extensive knowledge of P&C practices.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skillset.
- Bachelor or higher qualification in human resources or a related discipline.
