Human Resources Business Partner

As a Senior HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of your portfolio as a true partner with our Customer practice within T&T, a fast-paced and innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with local and national client groups while working with Talent teams across Leadership and Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility, and Employee Relations to deliver HR generalist support to our Technology & Transformation business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide HR generalist support to ensure seamless employee lifecycle experiences.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong HR business partnering background and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix environment.
- Excellent HR generalist skills.
