Job Title:

People Development Specialist


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to management and employees on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, record keeping, and training.

Key responsibilities include implementing and managing people policies, practices, and procedures that promote an optimal working environment and align with company culture and values.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and improve performance through coaching and mentoring of leaders and the workforce.
  • Support organisational reviews and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field is essential.

  • Significant experience in HR generalist roles covering IR/ER, performance management, organisational development, and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counselling, negotiating, and report writing.
