This role is a mid-senior level position within the Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include providing human resource workforce support, advice and assistance to managers and employees in relation to general employment conditions. This includes:

  • Providing industrial relations specific human resources advice, support and assistance, including interpretation and application of industrial instruments
  • Contributing to the resolution of other industrial relations issues
  • Undertaking projects and research as required
Requirements

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
